Email support@deku.net. Every email becomes a support request, and we reply to the address you wrote from.
Write from your account's email address
Send your message from the email address you use to sign in to Deku. That lets us find your account without asking you for more details.
What to include
- Which game: Soltara, Glyphs or Nines
- Your phone model and its software version
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- For a tournament, roughly when you played it
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if you have them
Do not send your password or full card or bank account numbers by email.
