How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile and go to Privacy & Security, then Delete Account. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
In the app
- Tap the gear icon at the top right to open your profile.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. You can tell us why you are leaving, if you like.
If you play more than one Deku game, the app may ask whether to remove just that game's profile or your whole Deku account. Removing one game's profile keeps your balances available in your other games.
Without the app
Email support@deku.net from the address on your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your display name if you remember it and the games you played. We reply within five business days to confirm and to ask for anything else we need.
Deleting the app is not the same
Uninstalling a game leaves your account, balances and history in place. Sign back in any time to pick up where you left off.
Before you go
