- Why can't I enter cash tournaments?Usually it is your location, a missing or failed identity check, an active limit or break, or a hold on cash play. Free tournaments often still work.
- Why is my account on hold?We pause accounts while we look into possible rule breaks, payment disputes or eligibility problems. Email support and we will tell you what we can and what happens next.
