How does self-exclusion work?

If you want to step away, self-exclusion puts real distance between you and play.

Set it up

1. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open your profile.
2. Tap Responsible Gaming.
3. Choose how long: 1, 7, 30 or 90 days.
4. Confirm.

It starts right away, and we send you a confirmation email.

While you are excluded

• You cannot deposit
• You cannot enter cash tournaments
• You can still sign in, check your balances and history, and withdraw your available funds

Picking a new period can only make an exclusion longer, never shorter.

Ending it early

You can ask to end an exclusion early. The request takes 24 hours to go through, so the decision is never made in the heat of the moment.
