Why isn't my promo code working?
The message in the app tells you why. The usual reasons are a typo, the wrong game, an expired code or a code you have already used.

| This code is not active yet | The code has a start date | Try again after it starts |
| This code has expired | The end date has passed | Look out for a new code |
| This code is no longer active | The code was switched off | Look out for a new code |
| This code has reached its redemption limit | Everyone's uses are gone | Look out for a new code |
| You've already redeemed this code | You have used up your uses | Nothing to do, it already counted |
| Too many invalid codes | Several wrong codes in a short time | Wait an hour, then try again |
Copying a code? Watch for extra spaces and letters that look alike, like O and 0.
