- How do I redeem a promo code?Open your profile, tap Redeem Promo Code, enter the code and confirm. Codes work in one specific game, and capital letters do not matter.
- Why isn't my promo code working?The message in the app tells you why. The usual reasons are a typo, the wrong game, an expired code or a code you have already used.
