Why is a Tower reward greyed out?
Some bonus cash rewards are only available where cash play is allowed. Outside an eligible state, you may get acorns instead, or see the reward greyed out.

Bonus cash is tied to cash play, so some Tower rewards depend on whether cash play is available to you. That depends on whether:
- Your last location check placed you in an eligible state
- You have allowed location access so the check can run
- You chose to continue without real-money features
What you see instead
- An acorn reward in place of the bonus cash, when the challenge offers one
- A greyed-out reward you cannot claim right now, when it does not
Making it claimable
If you are in an eligible state, turn on location access, turn off any VPN, and reopen the app to run the location check again. See Why does Deku need my location?
