Fair play
- Does everyone get the same board?Yes. Every player in a tournament gets the identical deal, grid or puzzle, so the only difference is how well you play.
- How does Deku keep play fair, and how do I report a cheater?We watch for unusual play, and a person reviews every flag before any action is taken. If you suspect someone, dispute the match within 48 hours or email support.
- How does matchmaking work?You pick a format and entry fee, and we place you in the oldest open tournament that matches and that you have not already entered. If there is none, a new one starts.
- What are ratings and tiers?Your rating is a skill score for each game that rises when you beat players and falls when you lose. Tiers run from Bronze to Master.
