Deku Support

How does Deku keep play fair, and how do I report a cheater?

We watch for unusual play, and a person reviews every flag before any action is taken. If you suspect someone, dispute the match within 48 hours or email support.

What we look for

Our systems watch for signs of cheating, such as play that is faster or more precise than a person could manage, scores far outside the normal range, and tampered or suspicious devices and connections.

What happens when something is flagged

A flag starts a review. No action is taken on an automated flag alone. If a person confirms a problem, outcomes can include a warning, a suspension, account closure, forfeited prizes or a voided tournament.

Not allowed

  • Playing on someone else's account, or having someone play on yours
