What happens if I leave a game or the app closes?
Come back before your play window ends and you pick up from your last saved point. If you do not return in time, the game counts as forfeited with a score of zero.
Your progress is sent to our servers as you play.
If you come back in time
Each player has a set window to finish after joining. Reopen the app within it and you resume from your last point our servers received. Anything that did not reach us, for example because you lost connection, is not counted.
If you do not come back
If your window closes before you return, or your score cannot be rebuilt from what we received, the game is forfeited. It scores zero and the entry fee is not refunded.
Protect your score
- Play on a steady connection, and keep the app open until you see your result.
- In Soltara, you can tap Exit and submit at any time to lock in the progress you have made.
When it is our fault
If a server outage or a confirmed crash in our app stops you from finishing, we refund your entry. Report it with Dispute a Match within 48 hours. See How do I dispute a match result?
