How do I dispute a match result?

Think a score, placement or prize is wrong, or suspect another player of cheating? Tell us.

Find the match ID

1. Open the History tab.
2. Tap the match.
3. Copy the Match ID.

Submit the dispute

1. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open your profile.
2. Tap Help & Support, then Dispute a Match.
3. Paste the match ID and explain what went wrong. Screenshots help.
4. Submit.

The rules

• Submit within 48 hours of the match ending
• One dispute per match
• Only players in that match can dispute it

What happens next

We check the tournament record: the shared board, every submitted move and how each score was calculated. We aim to respond within three business days. If we find an error, we correct the results and prizes. If not, we explain how your score and place were worked out.
