What happens if there's a tie?
Glyphs breaks ties by longest word, then by most words. If players are still tied, in any game, they share the prizes for the places they cover. Luck never decides it.

Tiebreakers
- Glyphs: the player with the longest single word wins the tie. If that is equal too, the player who found more words wins.
- Soltara and Nines: scores include time left on the clock, so exact ties are rare. There is no extra tiebreaker.
When players stay tied
Tied players take the same place and split the prizes for the places they cover, evenly.
For example, in a Group tournament two players tie for 1st. Together they cover 1st and 2nd, which pay 60% and 30%. Each gets 45% of the pool. The next player takes 3rd and gets 10%.
In a 1v1, a tie splits the prize pool in half.
No coin flips, random draws or anything else left to chance.
