Results and prizes
- How are prizes calculated?Add up the entry fees, take out the platform fee, and what is left is the prize pool. A 1v1 winner takes all of it. In Group, the top three share it 60, 30 and 10 percent.
- How do I dispute a match result?Within 48 hours of the match, open your profile, tap Help & Support, then Dispute a Match. You will need the match ID from the History tab.
- What happens if a tournament doesn't fill?If a tournament does not get enough players in time, it is cancelled and every entry fee is refunded in full, back to where it came from.
- What happens if there's a tie?Glyphs breaks ties by longest word, then by most words. If players are still tied, in any game, they share the prizes for the places they cover. Luck never decides it.
- When will I see my tournament results?Results post once every participant has finished or run out of time. If everyone plays quickly, that can be minutes. Otherwise it is usually within about half an hour of the tournament starting.
