Why can't I withdraw my whole balance?

Your cash balance has two parts:

• Withdrawable balance: your prizes, plus any deposited money you have already used on tournament entries
• Deposits not yet played: money you added but have not used to enter a tournament yet

Both parts can pay for entries. Only the withdrawable part can be withdrawn. As you enter tournaments with deposited money, that amount moves into your withdrawable balance.

Bonus cash is separate from both and can never be withdrawn.

An example

You deposit $10 and use $5 of it to enter a tournament. You win, and your $5 entry comes back along with a $5 prize. Your balance is now $15:

• $10 is withdrawable: the $5 you played plus the $5 you won
• $5 is still waiting to be played. Use it on an entry and it becomes withdrawable too.

Where to see it

The withdrawal screen shows your withdrawable balance before you enter an amount.

If a tournament is cancelled and your entry is refunded, that money goes back to the state it was in before you entered.
