Withdrawals
- Are there fees to withdraw?Some methods and speeds carry a fee. The app always shows the fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm.
- How do I withdraw my winnings?To withdraw, verify your identity, then go to Wallet and tap Withdraw. Send your winnings to a debit card, bank account, PayPal or Venmo.
- How long does a withdrawal take?Debit card, PayPal and Venmo payouts usually arrive within minutes. Bank transfers take up to two business days, or the same day if you pick same-day and submit before the cutoff.
- What happens if my withdrawal is declined?The full amount returns to your Deku balance, including any fee, along with the bonus cash that was removed. We tell you why when we can.
- What happens to my bonus cash when I withdraw?Any withdrawal removes all of your unused bonus cash, permanently. The app warns you before you confirm.
- Why can't I withdraw my whole balance?Prizes are yours to take out right away. Money you deposit becomes available once you use it to enter tournaments, dollar for dollar.
- Why is my withdrawal pending review?Some withdrawals, such as larger amounts or ones flagged by our fraud checks, get a manual look before we send them. We aim to finish within two business days.
