Why is my withdrawal pending review?
Some withdrawals, such as larger amounts or ones flagged by our fraud checks, get a manual look before we send them. We aim to finish within two business days.

A review is a routine check that protects your account and everyone else's. It is not an accusation.
What happens during a review
- The withdrawal shows as pending review in the app.
- The amount has already left your balance, and any unused bonus cash was removed when you submitted.
- Our team checks the request. We aim to finish within two business days.
- If we need anything from you, such as a document, we email the address on your account.
What can trigger one
- A withdrawal above our review threshold
- An alert from our fraud or compliance checks
- Identity verification that is incomplete or needs a refresh
- An open chargeback or payment dispute
