What should I do if the app crashes or won't load?

Quick fixes

1. Update the app. Open the App Store or your Android app store and install any Deku update. Many problems are fixed in newer versions.
2. Update your phone. Install any pending system updates.
3. Restart. Close the app fully, then restart your phone.
4. Check your connection. Tournaments need a steady internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
5. Free up space. Low storage can stop an app from loading.

Crashed during a tournament?

Reopen the app as soon as you can. If you come back while your play window is still open, you continue from your last saved point. See What happens if I leave a game or the app closes?
