Why do I need to verify my identity?
Before your first withdrawal we confirm you are who you say you are and that you are old enough to play for cash. It keeps prizes going to the right people.

Identity verification is required before you can withdraw. It lets us:
- Confirm you meet the age requirement for cash play
- Make sure each person has only one account
- Stop fraud and stolen payment methods
- Meet our anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations
You usually only do it once. We may ask you to verify again later, for example if you change your account details, your winnings reach certain levels, or our security checks call for it.
Free play with acorns never needs verification.
