Your first withdrawal
Verify your identity once, then withdraw your prizes and played-through deposits to a card, PayPal or bank account.
Before your first withdrawal
Verify your identity. You complete identity verification once, before your first withdrawal. You will be asked for a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Most verifications finish within minutes. If a manual review is needed, it can take up to five business days, and we will email you if we need anything else.
Have at least $10 available. The minimum withdrawal is $10.
What you can withdraw
Your withdrawable balance is shown when you start a withdrawal.
- Prizes are withdrawable right away.
- Deposits become withdrawable once you use them to enter a tournament, dollar for dollar.
- Bonus cash is never withdrawable.
For example, you deposit $10, enter a $5 tournament and win a $5 prize. Your balance is $15. You can withdraw $10: the $5 you entered plus the $5 you won. The other $5 becomes withdrawable once you use it to enter a tournament.
Unused bonus cash is forfeited when you withdraw
Any withdrawal permanently removes all of your unused bonus cash. The app tells you before you confirm, so use your bonus cash first if you want to keep playing with it.

| PayPal | Typically within minutes, up to 1 business day |
| Bank transfer, same-day | Same business day, if submitted before the cutoff |

Times are estimates and can vary with your bank, card issuer or PayPal.
If a withdrawal is held for review
Some withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent, for example large amounts or ones flagged by our fraud checks. We aim to finish reviews within two business days and will email you if we need more information.
The full rules are in our Payment Terms and section 7 of our Terms of Service.
